Welcome to the Qwetty Platform, operated by PT. Desain Programmer Indonesia. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, and share your information when you use our omnichannel service, which integrates various communication channels (such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Webchat, etc.) into a single dashboard.

2. Information We Collect

We collect two primary categories of data:

A. Account Data (You as the Client)

Information you provide when signing up for our service:

  • Identity: Full name, company name, email address, phone number, and billing address.
  • Credentials: Password (encrypted) and authentication tokens.
  • Payment Data: Transaction history and credit card information (processed by a third-party payment gateway; we do not store full card details).

B. Service Data (Your Customers' Data)

Information processed through our system when you use omnichannel features:

  • Third-Party API Credentials: Access tokens for WhatsApp Business API, Instagram Direct, Facebook Messenger, or other providers.
  • Message Content: Text, images, documents, audio, and video sent or received through our platform.
  • End-User Contact Data: Phone numbers, profile names, profile photos, and other metadata provided by third-party platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

  • Service Delivery: Sending and receiving messages across channels in real time.
  • Contact Sync: Storing and organizing your customer contacts inside our application.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Providing statistical insight into your team's communication performance (e.g., response time, message volume).
  • Notifications: Sending important notifications about account status, feature updates, or technical issues.
  • AI Development (Optional): If you use "Smart Reply" or "AI Agent" features, we process text to generate reply suggestions (this data is anonymized if used to train general models).

4. Sharing Data with Third Parties

An omnichannel application inherently works by forwarding data between platforms. We may share data with:

  • Messaging Platform Providers: Meta (WhatsApp/Instagram/Facebook), Telegram, Google, etc., corresponding to the channels you connect.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Providers of servers and databases that host your data securely.
  • Legal Obligations: When required by law enforcement or a valid court order.

We will never sell your customer data or your conversation data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Our service lets you connect accounts from third parties (such as the WhatsApp Business API). Please note that:

  • We act as a technical intermediary.
  • Your interactions with those platforms are also subject to each platform's own Privacy Policy (for example: WhatsApp/Meta Privacy Policy).
  • We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms.

6. Data Storage and Security

  • Security: We apply industry-standard security, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at-rest encryption for sensitive data.
  • Server Location: Your data is stored on servers located in Lauterbourg, France.
  • Data Retention: We retain conversation data for as long as your account is active or according to the retention settings you choose in the dashboard. After an account is deleted, data is permanently removed from our backup systems within 30 days.

7. Your Rights (Per Indonesian PDP Law)

As a user, you have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold.
  • Correct: Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete: Request deletion of your account and all related data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restrict Processing: Ask us to stop processing specific data.
  • Export Data: Download your contact and conversation data in a standard format (CSV/JSON).
