By signing up for, accessing, or using Qwetty, you agree to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions below. Please read this document carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Qwetty, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using Qwetty on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Account and Security
- Registration: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account.
- Confidentiality: You are fully responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential.
- Activity: All activity that occurs under your account — including actions by team members or agents you grant access to — is your full responsibility.
3. Use of Third-Party Platforms (Integrations)
Qwetty acts as an infrastructure provider that connects you with third-party services (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram).
- Third-Party Policy Compliance: You are required to comply with the Terms of Service and Commerce Policy of each platform (for example, the WhatsApp Business Policy or Meta policies).
- Blocking Risk: Qwetty is not responsible for number blocks, account access limits, or suspensions imposed unilaterally by third-party platforms due to user violations of their policies.
4. Prohibited Use
As a Qwetty user, you are strictly prohibited from:
- Using the platform to send spam, unauthorized mass messages, or any other fraudulent communication.
- Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious links to customers.
- Harassing, threatening, or sending content that is illegal, pornographic, or that incites ethnic, religious, or racial conflict.
- Infringing the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.
5. Privacy and Data Ownership
- Customer Data: You remain the rightful owner of all customer data and conversation content that flows through Qwetty.
- Security: We apply industry-standard security to protect your data. How we collect, store, and process data is detailed in the Privacy Policy.
6. Payment and Subscription
- Qwetty is provided on a subscription basis.
- All invoices must be paid on time according to your chosen billing cycle for service to remain active.
- Qwetty reserves the right to change pricing structure and service plans by giving prior notice to active users.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account at any time, without refund, if you are found to have materially breached these Terms — in particular regarding sending spam or unlawful activity. You may also cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
8. Limitation of Liability (Disclaimer)
The Qwetty service is provided "as is". We continuously work to ensure optimal server uptime, but we do not guarantee the service will be 100% free of downtime, message delivery delays, or disruptions caused by system maintenance, internet outages, or technical issues with third-party platforms (WhatsApp/Meta/Telegram).
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to adapt to legal regulations or new features. Significant changes will be communicated by email or by announcement inside the Qwetty dashboard.
